Options on Products
Summary
This document applies to all the products sold on the John Gerrie Artwork website.
This includes watercolours and pen and ink paintings by John C Gerrie.
Framing & Mounting Options
Originals
Original watercolour paintings and Pen and Ink drawings are painted on A3 or other stated sized 300 gram NOT white paper. The paints used are permanent or semi permanent colours that gives the finished paintings an excellent life span provided the paintings are hung and displayed away from direct sunlight.
Mounting, framing and delivery options are the same as Prints below.
Prints
All prints are supplied with a mount that is sized to suit frames that are readily available in high street shops.
All paintings and ink drawings are available in A6, A4 and A3 sizes. They are printed on high quality 180 gram white matt watercolour flat paper board.
A6 and A4 prints will be supplied flat in reinforced envelopes and will be sent by first class post.
A3 prints will be supplied rolled in cardboard tubes to offer maximum protection and again by first class post.
This option is best suited to more distant customers, or those who prefer to arrange their own mount / framing preference without fear of damage in transit.
Frames
All our prints are supplied with a mount that has been sized to suit common frame sizes available in high street shops.
Shipping & Delivery
All items will be posted to you within 5 days of receiving payment.
Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge for orders over £15.
Other destinations have fixed delivery charge.
Returns & Shipping Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the me if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. I cannot be responsible for any charges or fees that may incur in that regard.
