Overview of the navigation system
I want to show you how to use the navigation system. The system is essentially unchanged but offers more space on the page to see the artwork without any screen clutter.

I have removed all the sidebars. So you now have full control over which pages have a sidebar, and when they are displayed.
The control is using this button.
It toggles the sidebar menu on and off.
To show the benefits of the system. We will have a look at the print collection.
The screen displays all my print artwork on one page. By not having a sidebar menu on this page you can manage the space on the page as you prefer.
You can view the page with various columns using this drop-down menu.
Select four or five columns to get an overview of the paintings. Using ‘Reset’ will provide more than 4 columns if your screen resolution is suitable.
Selecting one or two columns offers a more detailed view of the paintings.
Use the mouse to scroll down. You will notice that the menu at the top of the page has disappeared. This is to give even more real estate on the page. If you scroll back up again, the menu will reappear. Scrolling down again will hide the menu.
At the right-hand side of the page, you have the sidebar menu button to toggle the sidebar on and off.
You have a button to go to the bottom of the page.
You have another button to go to the top of the page.
Typically, there will be pagination controls at the top and bottom of the pages that don’t display all the paintings.
So you are in full control of how the page looks, and you have easy access to all the features.
Clicking on an image will take you to the painting page where you can see all the details.
If you find the sidebar toggle button is in the wrong place for one of the devices you use to view the website, then you can alter the top position by logging in. Everyone can set up their login from here.
When you log in, you can set up the button location from here. Just change the distance from the top of the screen to suit your devices, and avoid any on-screen clashes.
