Bennachie at harvest is a distinctive shape from all sides that have been a friendly backdrop for millennia.

The watercolour was painted from Logie Durno at harvest time with a spectrum of greens, golds and dark purple heather with light blue and white sky colours that give the painting body and depth.

  1. Amelia

Reminds me of summer walks in the countryside with golden fields and open skies. The soft watercolour washes feel calming and familiar. It’s the kind of scene you’d happily hang in a living room.
