Newsletter Emails Going To Spam??

📨 Don’t Let My Emails Get Lost in Spam

Every now and then, email services mistakenly send genuine newsletters to the spam or promotions folder. If you’re not seeing my emails in your inbox—or if they sometimes vanish—here are a few simple steps to make sure you never miss an update from me.

✅ Add Me to Your Contacts

Adding my email to your contact or safe sender list helps your email provider recognise that you want to hear from me.

  • Gmail: Hover over my name and click “Add to Contacts”.
  • Outlook / Hotmail: Right-click the email > “Junk” > “Never Block Sender”.
  • Apple Mail: Click on my email address > “Add to Contacts”.

🕵️‍♀️ Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

If you don’t see a newsletter when you expect one, check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • If it’s there, mark it as “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox”.
This tells your email provider you trust the sender.

📁 Gmail Users – Move to Primary Tab

If you’re a Gmail user and my email ends up in the Promotions tab:

  • Drag the email into your Primary tab.
  • When asked, click “Yes” to do this for future messages.

🔗 Open & Click

Opening the email and clicking on links (like viewing a painting or reading a new article) tells your email provider you’re engaged. The more you interact, the less likely my emails are to go to spam.

📬 Forward with Care

If you want to share my newsletter, use the “Forward to a friend” link (if available) or encourage them to sign up directly from my website. Forwarding from your email client can sometimes break formatting or flag it as spam.

💡 Tip: Whitelist My Email

If you know how, add my address to your email whitelist or safe senders list for complete peace of mind.

If you ever stop receiving my emails or need help adjusting your settings, just reply to this message or visit my help page:
