Bennachie at harvest is a distinctive shape from all sides that have been a friendly backdrop for millennia.
The watercolour was painted from Logie Durno at harvest time with a spectrum of greens, golds and dark purple heather with light blue and white sky colours that give the painting body and depth.

Alice –
Excellent pictures. All of them actually, but this is one of my favourites.
Detail very accurate, colours apt.
These paintings should be on display often at different venues e.g. craft fairs.
